Tenants are not bound by this version; consent capture is explicitly blocked on documents at v0.x versions (see registration flow §20.4).

What this document will cover (provisional)

"Security & Infrastructure" will cover cloud architecture, encryption, KMS, ISO 27001 alignment, pen-test cadence.
